Who we are

CleanRoute is operated by A&W General Contractor LLC. Questions: contact.cleanroute@gmail.com.

Cleaning companies ("Companies") use CleanRoute to manage their customers, teams and visits. For the data a Company enters about its own customers and employees, the Company decides how it is used and CleanRoute processes it on the Company's behalf.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), language.

Company data entered by users: customers' names, phone numbers, emails, home addresses, home details, notes, door/alarm access codes (encrypted before they are stored), cleaning plans, visits, prices and payments recorded by the Company.

Visit activity: the times an employee starts driving, starts and finishes a cleaning, and notes or problems they report. We do not track employees' location continuously.

Message records: which reminder or update was sent, skipped or failed — not the text of the message.

Subscription data: plan and status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To run the service: scheduling, routes and drive times, reminders and updates to customers, payments records, and the employee app.

To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Supabase (database and authentication, United States), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (subscription payments), Google Maps Platform (address suggestions, drive times and maps — addresses and coordinates are sent to Google for these), US Census Bureau or Geocodio (locating addresses), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages). Each receives only what it needs for its task.

Text messages

Customers receive text messages only after the Company records their consent. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, START to resume. Message and data rates may apply. Every email has a link to stop that type of email.

Retention and deletion

Company data is kept while the account is active. When a Company deletes a customer or address with no visits done and no charges or payments, it is erased. With that history, it leaves the Company's lists and schedule, while finished visits and payments stay in its financial records until it asks for deletion. Access codes are destroyed in both cases. Deleted employees, teams and services stay named on past visits. Saved drive times expire after 30 days.

To delete an account or a customer's data, the Company or the person can write to contact.cleanroute@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

Your rights (including California)

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to know which categories we collect and why. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If your data was entered by a cleaning company, we may forward your request to that Company.

Security

Each Company's data is isolated from every other Company's at the database level. Access codes are encrypted. Connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.

Children

CleanRoute is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.
