Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-11-02
The service
CleanRoute is a scheduling, routing and business tool for house-cleaning companies, provided by A&W General Contractor LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password private and be responsible for what happens in your account. The account owner decides who else gets access and what role they have.
Your data
You own the data you put in CleanRoute. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' and employees' information, and for their consent where the law requires it — including consent before sending text messages.
Plans and payment
New companies get a free trial. After it, a paid plan is needed to keep adding data; everything stays visible either way. Plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and is not refunded pro rata. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Plan limits (customers, teams, employees, texts) are shown on the Plan page.
Acceptable use
Don't use CleanRoute to send messages people didn't agree to, to break the law, to access another company's data, or to disrupt the service.
Third-party services
Maps, drive times, messages and payments rely on third parties (Google, Twilio, Resend, Stripe). Drive times are estimates from those services and may differ from real traffic.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CleanRoute available but don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we'll give notice before removing something important.
Liability
CleanRoute is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Ending the account
You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account ends you can ask for an export or deletion of your data.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, USA. Contact: contact.cleanroute@gmail.com.
